Daily fresh fish selection

Our roots run deep when it comes to Southern cooking, drawing from family recipes scrawled on cards in plantation kitchens to the modern locavore movement we see today, and relying on South Carolina's natural fresh abundance. Upon opening in 1997, The Boathouse pioneered a focus on serving diverse and delicious seafood that could be found in nearby rivers, lakes, and oceans.

Dock Rules

Our boat slips can only accommodate two boats up to 18 feet. ​The slips are a first come, fist serve and are only accessible during medium to high tide.

You will only be buzzed in if your boat is tied up in the designated spots which are painted in bright orange. If there are no spots available you may anchor on the beach.

We've partnered with the South Carolina Aquarium Good Catch program in support of local fisheries and consumption of responsibly harvested seafood.
